What Is Forest Bathing

Originating from Japan in the 1980's "shinrin-yoku" or "forest bathing" is walking in the forest for the purpose of taking in the atmosphere. The idea is centered around using your senses especially smell, touch, hearing and seeing. Forest bathing has been linked to many health benefits such as reduces your stresses, improves your mood, boosts your immune system and reduces high blood pressure.
