Allanah Whitehall

Allanah Whitehall
Founder & Program Administrator

Allanah graduated from University of Puget Sound with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Exercise Science. Her professional certifications also include Personal Training & Health Coach Certification by the U.S. Olympic Committee, the National Academy of Sports Medicine, & the American Council on Exercise. In addition to coaching collegiate sprinters, Allanah has worked for multiple corporate fitness and private studios filling the roles of health coach, group fitness instructor, and personal trainer. Her leadership experience includes managing staff and leading teams to excel and often surpass revenue and training goals. In 2018, Allanah's employer rated as one of only two 5-star employees in Washington State. Allanah is passionate about service and the impact that she can make to help others.

Johnnie Williams

Johnnie Williams

Johnnie Williams is employed by the Seattle Parks & Recreation Citywide Youth Athletic Program. He founded the High Voltage Track Club after spending many years as a track and field athlete at Eastern Washington University and Columbia University in New York. Johnnie holds a Master’s degree in Forensic Anthropology. He is excited to be a part of the Xena Foundation where he can share his personal and professional expertise and knowledge surrounding health and fitness. In his spare time Johnnie enjoys working out, traveling, and mentoring the international students he has sponsored from various countries in Africa. Johnnie also enjoys spending time with his dog Starr.
